12 ton Hydraulic Decoiler

We supply 12 ton Hydraulic Decoiler to handle the coils with the maximum weight of 12.000 kg (12 ton). We provide motorized and non-motorized decoilers with manual or hydraulic expansion system. Hydraulic Decoiler can be equipped with coil car, coil hold down arms with motorized end wheels and automatic back-tension systems.
Double head decoilers and pallet (horizontal) decoilers are also among our products.

Servosteel uses a new generation SCHNEIDER PLC and SCHNEIDER touch screen operator panels in our equipment, with an aim to provide an innovative, upgradeable, aesthetic and high quality technology. We especially prefer SCHNEIDER LEXIUM and SCHNEIDER ALTIVAR series speed control systems due to their functional and user friendly features.

12 ton Hydraulic Decoiler is appropriate for the coil with the width of 80-1300 mm. The outer diameter of the coil is maximum 1600 mm and the inner diameter is between 450-560 mm. 12 ton Hydraulic Decoilers can be supplied with the hold down arms and brake optionally. Some models can be motorized, as per customer requirement.
